I'm not surprised. I know people have flipped them in the Cleveland area for about that and Florida seems like it'd be a better area for that.

Thousands communte a day here in San Diego via the Coaster trains which ends at the amtrack station downtown.
S.D. being the size of the State of Conn.
Also our several routes of electric train systems.
