Do the other churches seek authority for their beliefs from the Bible? Or, do they have creeds of beliefs, do they have positions of power that are determiners of what those beliefs are?
Seems to me, any person should be able to go to the Bible and find out what is required to get to heaven and follow Christ. Which is what the Church of Christ does - they seek authority for their teachings from what is spelled out in the Bible. If not found, they do not teach it.
Which does cause conflict in churches because so many want to add what they "think" should be added. Usually not to please God in worship, but to please themselves as they worship.
