Yes, the CoC does serve the Lord's Supper (communion) every Sunday. I am no expert on Baptist beliefs, but this is what I think other differences are. The CoC believes you have to be baptized to be added to the church, for remmission of sins and to be saved (Mark 15:15-16). Some branches of the Baptist church may also believe this (maybe Missionary Baptists?), but I'm not sure the standard Southern Baptists do. Some Baptists believe the Calvinistic doctrine "once saved always saved." They don't believe a christian can stray if they truly have accepted Christ. And of course the use of instrumental music in worship.

The Missionary Baptists believe once saved always saved, but I don't think they believe in forced baptism. FreeWill Baptists believe you can fall from grace.

I have a friend who was raised in the Free Will Baptist church, but later was baptized in the church of Christ. She says except for the instrumental music, she does not recall a difference in their teachings. Of course she was a child and and very young adult during her FWB years, and young people aren't always interested in the details.

The image that "forced baptism" brings to mind. I promise I've never seen anybody dragged down the aisle and forcibly dunked. LOL!

For the Bible teaching on this subject please read Acts 2:40-41.
