I was against the whole thing. As much as I dislike the wall-to-wall campaign spots on the radio at election time, the only thing worse is the gummint telling us what we can and cannot run on the air. I am completely amazed that no one has bothered to test this and take it to the Supremes, if necessary.
On the other hand, are people just going to go quietly, or are they going to have to jail the whole country for speaking our minds whenever the hell we feel like it?

We The People are only to blame, since we could have enumerated a few of the rights the 10th ammendment left open for us to explore. But we didn't, and they (feds and states) have, (nature abhores a vacuum) thus the near-police state enviornment we live in today.
Living within the law in this state means allowing one's self to become prey to the sick predators this socialist mecca produces each year. No thanks. Screw McCain, Hillary, and this state.
