That is wonderful.
I hope you realize my comment was positive.
Admonition is not a bad thing; it used to be common before folks got so sensitive.
It is a way that we encourage and help one another.
It is good to visit the thoughts and words of our founders often.
Their godliness shines through the sacred documents on which this country is founded.

I was trying to explain that I have fallen far short of what I think God expects of me.

I certainly can not cast the first stone due to a life time of constantly falling off the proverbial religious bandwagon.

Some would say back sliding just a tad.

However, that doesn't mean, with all my peccadillo's, that my love of God has waned one iota.

Unlike many of our fellow anti everything American citizens I do not see a disconnect between our country and the Christian base it was founded upon.

I also see the stifling of free speech on FR as one more attack on all those citizens who hold their right to free speech and right to worship a Christian God as etched in stone.
