Since the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed sentencing standards, crazy sentencing by lenient judges can be expected. The Liberals got into power in the U.S. Supreme Court and we lost our property rights through Eminent Domain. The Progressives there said no standards and said OK to sodomy and rapists.

The Supreme Court did not dismiss sentencing standards.

The problem is exacerbated by liberals, but the lawyer code of laundering any and all acts of disgrace is the problem. I think judges should not be lawyers, period.
