Everyone knows the Republicans created the "Culture of Corruption".

I hope someday that someone will explain why our DoJ let Berger off. Noel Hillman was the individual that handled the case and, instead of indicting Berger and bringing him to trial, basically sent him to traffic court. That was in inexcusable failure and was a slap in the face of every military and civilian employee who has ever been responsible for safeguarding classified information.
