When George Christian converted and married Sadie Levine. 8>)

Actually, there is a tendency for Jews named Cohen to take a more Anglo last name, often beginning with "Ch." I knew a Cohen, whose last name had been Anglicized to "Chester." I don't know of any Jews who've had the Chutzpah to use "Christian," as their last name, but you never know.
