You are right that illegals desire to come in leads to corruption.
What most people don't understand is illegal entry into our country is organized crime. Many illegals pay the coyote that smuggles them in by smuggling drugs. Then there is a well organized false document and identity theft business. Then we have federal and state income tax evasion on the part of many illegals and payroll tax avoidance on the part of the employers. As if that is not enough we also have illegals who use false documents to access social programs.
This organized crime network centered around illegal immigration depends on bribery and corruption of officials in this country to ensure their crimes are not discovered, or prosecuted. Massive amounts of money are made from illegal immigration, yet the illegal alien who is at the root of all this is little more than a slave.
True words. Human dignity requires compassion for the slaves, and contempt with aggressive prosecution for the slave traders (coyotes). The liberal tactic of proposing new legislation, while failing to enforce or fund current laws is not new.
