The threat to our economy and security is not just from the south. There are many east European and Chinese illegal immigrants in America. I am all for making them legal, and having them take up their share of the tax burden. I just believe that those immigrants that played by the rules should get preferred treatment. And those that broke the rules should be penalized, according to existing law. If the GAO is calling this group of clowns mismanaged and corrupt, there is a SEVERE problem. DHS must be held accountable.
I don't understand why we simply don't do what was donewhen the immigrants came here in the early 1900's. A sponsor, testing, a job, etc etc.
