We can have faith that he's being punished in the afterlife, but it's not quite the same as seeing it here.
I have no doubt that Saddam Hussein will NOT be sitting by the throne of God, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't dangle at the end of a rope here on earth.
And it is a fairly safe bet that anyone committing murder and suicide is not saved.
