Ok, my bad, insert non-lethal bioagent here. Also, it doesn't mandate the used of this product on humans either. It could be used containing bioagents for coca or opium eradication. Now that may not be the most efficient method, but it's not up to the patent writer to decide that. He writes it for all eventualities.
