It wasn't a spoiler as the show has already aired and there are dozens of news articles about it including in the New York Slimes. Also, on Fox's front page there is a poll about Tony's death and his character bio says he is "Deceased".

It's a spoiler for those of us who are frantically trying to catch up with 24.
I try to avoid all discussions of this season because I am currently on disc 4 of Season 4. I should be caught up with all you fellow 24iacs in a few days.
Hell, I now know that Edgar and Tony are dead... I guess it's not really a spoiler since I don't know *HOW* they died, so it will still be a surprise when it happens. (kinda-sorta)
