I was duly warned but looked anyway. Had to turn my eyes away from the picture of this demon.
I would NOT be surprised if some docs are already experimenting with brain handicapped victims. Our own son, being severely handicapped years ago and in a facility for a period was the victim of experimentation. They used him for practice for dental work he didn't need, and of course never bothered to ask us. I guess they didn't know we were not like the more pliable other parents, and we raised the roof.
The dentists had done considerable drilling and poking, all without Novocaine and our son was stressed out for weeks after. They just figured it was ok since he had low brain activity.
They also conducted scoliosis back straightening experiments on other kids, (we wouldn't let them come near our son.) The experimental surgery was for cosmetic purposes supposedly, and did nothing for the victim's improvement, only increasing his pain and ensuring early death. Our son's roommate at that time was a victim, went from a happy kid with a slightly twisted spine to a suffering kid who soon died and never smiled again, but he looked straighter. The parents never complained or visited. That was back in the '80's. I bet they are still at it and then some.

ST. PETERSBURG, FLA---Following reports that the drug Zolpidem can temporarily revive people in a persistent vegetative state (PVS) to the point where they are able to speak, The Terri Schindler Schiavo Foundation for Health Care Ethics is calling for a moratorium of all potential ordinary care removal for persons diagnosed in a PVS condition.
Zolpidem is usually used to treat insomnia. However, South African researchers, writing in the NeuroRehabilitation, looked at the effects on three patients of using the drug for up to six years.
They reported that "All patients were aroused transiently every morning after Zolpidem."

Arthur Caplan, the bioethicist from University of Pennsylvania Hospital has been involved in experimenting on patients without their informed consent. He was sued for it. Now he advocates killing patients without their consent. There are some sick twisted freaks out there.
Your son was fortunate to have such good parents. It's hard to think of the abuse and torture he may have suffered otherwise. Most parents, even good parents, would never suspect their child's doctor of subjecting them to abuse. It just flies in the face of everything we always knew to be true. Doctors are compassionate people, who care about their patients. Some still are, but you can no longer count on getting one who is. And a doctor who is backed up by an ethics department is less likely to have ethics.
