I really suppose it would be binding no matter what. Now, if it said "Do Resuscitate", then maybe a signed document with all the stamps and seals may be considered invalid.

I guess I am a bit cynical, but figure many of the decision makers who may favor euthanasia would always default to the side of death.

Rubber stamps can be washed away with rubbing alcohol. If the patient/victim even says "I want to live", they will still do the dirty deed if the hospital is part of the death care system.
