Your previous point seemed to be that if Negroponte didn't want to release the documents, he, being such a good 'conservative hero', had very good reason. Although, based on his own words, his reasoning seemed to vacillate between 'they only provide historical reference' and 'they contain actionable intelligence'. Seems odd to me that he didn't release them until President Bush 'requested' that it be done. So...exactly what is your point in 'lookey here'?
