NO read once CE and BCE are used

Of course "B.C." and "A.D." are standard, and make more sense. (After all, what makes the eras "common"?)

However, if the source is Israel or a Jewish archeological foundation, I'm not going to expect them to imply acceptance of the title Dominus or Christus to Our Lord, Jesus Christ.

On the other hand, no one thinks I worship Saturn just because I called March 11, 2006 A.D. "Saturday."

Isn't denying the origin of our Western Calendar the same as trying to deny the occurrence of the Holocaust?

The Jewish source should have just used the Jewish year.

One arbitrary temporary dating system is as good as another.
