Hoplite is a hero wannabe. He's an ex fry cook who was in the National Guard, he bravely guarded a Popeye's Chicken restaurant during the LA riots.

A real man's man, he proudly wears his "Crossed Spatula" insignia on his breast as a badge of honor.

Oh, and he's a liar as well.
