Curtis Sliwa watched the man he claims ordered a hit on him walk away from court for the second time yesterday - and said it hurt more than the ambush that almost killed him. "I would say this has been even more painful than being shot with three hollow point bullets," he told the Daily News. "It's like taking yet another slug.
"I feel I have been robbed. It's like John [Junior] Gotti has been exonerated for all his sins, all his vicious crimes, simply because he announced his retirement.
"I see him pictured in the Daily News, in church receiving Holy Communion. On this guy's orders, I was almost killed, and here he is, playing with his kids in his $2 million palace. It drives me crazy.

well yes, but all I am saying is that if this issue isn't important enough to Curtis to actually view it as more then just a promotional event - what does that say about him?
this is one of the reasons by the way, that I do not favor a third trial.
Best part, Kunstler's wife had to sue Kuby because he absconded with the office funds when the rat died.

I think this "controversy" is being staged to promote their radio show.

I've been listening to C & K since they went on the air together. Kuby is a commie, a pinko, a Castro lover, etc. He is also a brilliant attorney and more intellectually honest than just about any talk radio host from the right, with the exception of the Great One, Mark Levin. While Curtis claims that Kuby stabbed him in the back, the fact is that Kuby was subpoeaned to testify and as an officer of the court, he really had no choice.
"Basically he implied or said Gotti was a class act."
Lawyers admire the few people who are bigger crooks than themselves.
Recently they married but it had more to do with retirement benefits.
