You belive that someone can become that rich without state standing behind him?
Actually, yes. Soros screwed the Bank of Englad for his money. Easy to make that kind of money if you know how to manage it and invest. In the rest of the world (as opposed to the Balkans), people do get rich without state influence. It's called 'capitalism'.
