they apparently DO check for Israeli stamps on products entering the UAE..in fact they won't even allow products that have Israeli parts...I'll trey and find the quote for you by one of their officials...

I enter Dubai Airport often; unlike Riyadh, Dammam or Jeddah, they don't go scanning through every page of your passport looking for an entry/exit Israeli stamp.
Trade is handled through a proxy country, e.g. Jordan.
