Not really. David Lane is one of our locally known radical leftist defenders. Bennish is not in the union so there's a question of who's paying Lane or if Lane is doing this because of his own leftist leanings. I'm guessing, but would not be surprised ot someone like MoveOn isn't picking up the tab or that Lane is doing it for the publicity.
Many ACLU attorneys work pro bono. Interesting that Bennish is not a union teacher.
