Well Bullhead is probably not quite as low rent as Kingman because of the proximity of the casino's etc, image to uphold, stronger civic concern of appearance and all that. Kingman is slowly moving up to being better, but Birdland, which is a 99% old 70's & 80's trailer neighborhood is fast becoming kind of a "methhead central" area as the local scum gets priced out of other housing. Fortunately it is a ways from here. A hint to anyone considering relocation anywhere. ALWAYS check and see how many pawnshops and payday loan businesses are in the are you are considering. Large numbers of both are a bad sign.
