I worded that post too carelessly. Bush lost support, Congress lost the credibility. If they even try to support Bush on the WOT now they will be buried by the Dems and the MSM. Hence, I don't think they'll even try. It's over.

That maybe the solution, Bush picks himself off the floor and tells all the Republicans that either they're for the WOT or against, period, then let the chips fall where they may. He needs to let any Rino know that if they plan on coming back they better get on the train or he'll slam them every step of their reelection. I'm tired of this Mr. Nice Guy letting the Rino's control the direction of the party. He also needs to tell the whole congress that it's their job to pass legislation on illegal immigration and he'll sign whatever the check amount is for.
