It's official, Bush is a lame duck. Now it's time he just kicks back for the next two and half years to collect his full pension. He should just start wrapping the WOT up and make some guest appearances.
He might as well. He has lost all support and credibility within Congress. That is; the Pubbies cannot support him in the WOT with any credibility now. Combine that with the massive loss of credibility of America as a whole in the pro-America/pro-WOT arab world (such that we had) and the whole effort has just been p!$$ed away.
