Oh, that's a great point! Speaking of environments for chicanery; the 9/11 hijackers trained in FL. Three Al Queda terrorists were arrested in Ohio last week. An entire cell was found in Buffalo, NY. Another terrorist ran down nine people with an SUV in NC. Bad places!!!
