I'd be interested in seeing where the ACLU said it was OK to burn churches. Never heard that one.
They usually only support really wacky causes, so it might be possible that there may be people at the ACLU that think that burning down conservative Christian churches is a expression of Freedom of Speech.
I believe there is a poster who name is formerACLU. He/she might be able to say if there is any truth in my post.
