Not Muslim. Maybe converts but I don't think so. Still doesn't address the issue of why the national government was involved in a purely state affair. I'm sure the great state of Alabama has laws against arson? Considering the students attended an Alabama college, it was purely an internal state affair. Surely no conservative would advocate national government intrusion in the internal affairs of a state as it pertains to crime

It goes back to Clinton when a rash of church burnings broke out and the Dems were all convinced it was Klansmen. Clinton had to grandstand and make it a Federal case.
