Alabama has a strong evangelical, and particularly Baptist, influence. The church burnings may have been their acting out of their hatred for that influence.

Or maybe, since BSC is affiliated with the Methodists, it was a denominational prejudice. Methodists vs. Baptists.

Whatever it was, they've ruined their lives and their families's lives forever.

Isn't the Methodist Church also involved with attracting more illegal aliens to this country and providing them with special perks? I read of some of their clergy involved with threatening riots if illegals aren't allowed special privileges.

Not very likely since the only difference is dunking vs sprinkle.
The two churches can be used almost interchangeably with the
big difference being the giant bath tub at the Baptist Churches.
Lots of kids went to RA's and MYF.
