So I can rest assured that he will be charged with committing "hate crime(s)"? After all wasn't the purpose of creating that category of crimes and drafting laws addressing "hate crimes" for cases\incidents just like this.
I wish I could say that it's a lock on the "hate crimes" charges, but so far they've charged him with 9 counts of attempted vehicular homicide and 9 counts of assault.
Personally, I don't believe in "hate crimes". I think the other charges should total up to over 120 years, if convicted.
