Didn't see the show, but that was definitely a great line. The original article responds by complaining that he should have come up with a joke for that one... thus utterly missing the point.

I saw minutes of it -- and I heard Jon's joke about "Cinderella Man -- how difficult it was for Make-Up to make Russell Crowe look like he'd been in a fight."
The camera panned to Mr. Crowe. He looked tentative. And the audience snickered -- they didn't laugh.
Another bomb for Jon -- but I loved it.
That Hollywood group can dish it out -- but they can't take it!
