Altman didn't say anything controversial at all.
He did mention he had a total heart transplant...I think he said ten years ago. I didn't realize that.
Heart transplants are sure more successful than they used to be.
I remember a few years ago that Altman said he would not come back to the US while Bush was still in office...that is a very loose quote....
I hated Altman's "Nashville." Would never go near his movies again.
