The host pushed a button for a "Republican from Washington" after my call - which in itself was weird, since I had called on the Republican line. The person who responded, said he was in Wisconsin, had been a Republican for 35 years, was a Vietnam vet, and then proceeded with the BUSH BAD mantra.
Very odd.
One of these days I'm going to have to lie about my 'point' and just rant about the bias.
The problem is, they give you such short amount of time, that if you aren't clear and consise to 25s, you end up soundind like a rambling fool who sees 'bias' everywhere.
Who knows... ever since a few weeks ago when that Guantanmo guy was on about how we should shut it down, and I called with a point about Iran and those Sadaam tapes saying how 'easy it woudl be to blow a carbomb nuke up in DC', and how an 'individual can do it', and got dismissed as 'off topic'.
Then, just like you... the next caller was a "republican" caller, but he stared out with something like "I'm a republican, but I'm a Lincoln Republican and I think Bush sucks because..."
