The sad thing is that the French Government will be handing over French Jews to French collaborators who will do the initial dirty work for their new masters.
The French were so dedicated, that when the Germans asked for the adults, the French insisted that they take the children as well. From what I understand, the Germans were appalled. That's pretty bad when the Germans got upset. IIRC, the Germans I am referring to were regular army, not SS.
