Yep they are!! America wants Congress to pass a law, no foreign interest or leases for port terminals. DP and all foreign shipping company's give up leases in American ports and leave. Congress gives all the leases to American companies that have no ships and lobbyist pay big money to Congress men. The American company calls DP and says hey , we got the lease and management of terminals. Bring us some cargo. DP says OK send me a terminal lease and we will send cargo. American Company say no can do,its against the law. DP says, are you crazy? You want me me to start sending ships half way around the world without assured dock space or docking time.
