Did you guys hear Major Garrett report that Frist called Dubai last night and told them that the deal was dead...and there was nothing he could do???

First of all...I don't think the law even calls for Congressional approval...but, they didn't even give them the 45 DAYS...

I hope we remember this, come November this year...and subsequent years....I know Frist isn't running for Senate again(and he darn sure shouldn't)...but we have to remember who was ready to knee-jerk...before they even saw the contract or had their review.

I heard that Congress had legislated themselves out of this sort of thing some years back. So if they are whining about not having a voice it's their own damn fault.
