Very easily. Europe was once overwhelmingly Christian and Christians have children. No longer. At best it is secular and is reaping the results. Soon it will be overwhelmingly Muslim as the dominant religion through immigration and birth rate, and the world is witnessing the results that brings. One needs only to listen to the reasons given by women who chose to remain childless. For the most part they for selfish reasons; travel, careers, not wanting to "hassle" with children, spending money on themselves etc. In the Old Testament, one of the first commands given by God was to "be fruitful and multiply and replenish the Earth". Those who heed that will rule; those who don't will be ruled over.
