Posturing by Va Gov Kaine.
I actually think Kaine has stronger presidential ambitions then Warner. (Didn't Kaine give the democrat AOTU response?)
Kaine strikes me as much more of a weasel the Warner. (Not to take anything away from Warner's weasel-like behavior.)
