Total loons. I saw both buidings on fire from my office and watched WTC1 collapse through binoculars (I was able to see people jumping which turned me white).
I clearly saw the collapse of this tower and it was not an instant controlled demolition drop. The inner core stayed standing 5 seconds, like some bizarre stalagmite before it too fell. There was no inner core demolition charges. This core fell under its own weight.
I work in midtown, and saw the collapse only on a tiny Internet video feed. But a close friend of mine emerged from the subway a few seconds before the first tower went down, and had to run for her life without being able to breathe and or see where she was going. I imagine it might be mutually therapeutic for people like you and my friend to participate in some group discussions with the loony tunes crowd. But I'm quite sure the loons wouldn't agree to that, because deep down they know they're loons, and aren't sure they could maintain their self-delusion if they had to discuss the event face to face with people who actually saw it.
