My husband and I laughed at ourselves for watching curling, but in no time, we realized we were actually enjoying it. The announcers from FARGO were so much fun!!! And what a change from our usual early morning television viewing habits. And I think the only olympic event shown live.

Of course, we are mighty glad we don't live in the far north where wintertime recreational activities are limited to what you can do with a rock, in a frozen over bowling alley.
Or have pretty little blondes screaming "HARD!" "HARD!" at the top of their lungs. (We still don't know what that was all about.) Or why they don't have guys and gals curling together...it's one sport where they could .

And the US men won a bronze. Wahooooo!

sad but true...Curling was boring but addictive...

I have a question about that curling stuff; where is it really popular in the United States? And is the only time we see it going to be during the Olympics?
