Neither our US Constitution, nor any state constitutions mention abortion or the power to prohibit it.

If you see a murder, demand that your local prosecutor indict and hold a trial..

It already is. People that murder pregnant women are routinely charged with the murder of the unborn child as well, and convicted.

Not just a sin and murder under the law is prohibited.

So? Get that prosecutor to indict & hold murder trials of women who have had abortions. The feds can't stop a State from doing so. I understand South Dakota intends to do just that.
