Clearly any UAE residents coming to this country will be vetted by the US. If, for example, they've raised funds for Hamas in the local version of country clubs, obviously they'll be barred from entry. If their families have supported Hamas, even if they haven't, they'll likely be denied security clearances. I'm sure we're not changing the rules for the UAE. If we are, it's a grave error.
As to dealing with an Israeli company, it's amazing anyone would look to that as something unusual. They'll be running our ports. If they don't deal with Israeli shippers, we'll shut them down. Participating in the Arab boycott is a crime in this country. Simple following the laws isn't a particularly strong recomendation for anything.
