When he's on the podium... shaking like a leaf and his speech blows away... I laugh so hard I almost cry. What a great comic... never better!

LOL! What a great movie. I was a kid when I first saw it, and that organ music freaked me out. Another great flick was "The Reluctant Astronaut".

Luther's speech:

"I have been called brave. What is brave? Let me clarify this. Of course we all know this is short for brave-r-y. That goes without even being said. But is also a symbol of another thing. It is a symbol of doing one's duty no matter what is scarring him personally. Take your World War II. There was many heroes in World War II. What were your heroes? Who were your heroes? Let me clairfy this. Thank you for having me!"

LOL! Thanks for the speech 'transcript'.

Knotts knew he had the looks of a guy who could play a perennial-loser to the max... and made it an art-form... he was a comic-artisan. There was another scene in “ ...Mr. Chicken” where the 'villain' says to him “You miserable, little pipsqueak... just who do you think you are?!!”

Knotts... shaking like a leaf stammers... “Drop dead... that's who!” and runs like hell!

He was legend.
