When I saw it they literally had to stop the movie there was so much laughing. It went on for minutes before they started the movie again. Another favorite of mine is the cameo he had with, I think, Phil Silvers, in It's a Mad...World. Classic Don Knotts. I guess Barney dealing with Earnest T and the Darlings {Dillards for us bluegrass fans} will be my favorite.

I thought his dealing with Otis was wonderful. Whether trying to rehalibate him or get the location of the bootleggers / distillers, any plan ended up causing trouble.
And of course, Andy (the only adult in Mayberry) straightens it all out by the end of the show.
