This change removes all language that would prevent employers from enforcing any policy prohibiting handguns in locked vehicles at work. This is terrible news for lovers of the US Constitution and specifically, it is bad news for our freedom granted under the Second Amendment.

If the property is truly company property, and not a shared lot, then the employer should have full discretion about what is and what isn't allowed on their property.

Private property rights should trump all others.
