where taxes are low, people are friendly, neighbors are known, fellow Christians are plentiful, our heritage is cherished, and the weather is nice.
Ditto, I love traveling in the South however I don't care for hot humid weather, that's a big drawback for me as an outdoor person, too hot to do anything but lie around in the shade!
