I am not excusing anything. However when some fringe does something I am not sure how that justifies anger against the whole muslim world. And I dont understand esp after we spent almost a century having to defeat communism that every one here wants a solution of Islam and the modern World in like 5 minutes. We have only started this new policy since 2001.
After they clear out the rubble, it looks like an ideal spot for a Christian cathedral.

And like some others said: the cartoons were probably more "offensive" to Islam than this was. That's because they didn't do it. And every Muslim "knows" that no "real" Muslim could have done this either, so it'll be "the Jews" all over again.
