The head of Iran's parliament is making the rounds in Venzeula, Cuba and will visit Brazil as well this week.

I'm not sure how much I trust Brazil. In any event, it will no doubt prompt its neighbors to go for the bomb.

Lula is a life long Socialist, his rise to political power in Brazil was based on the PT workers party.Since becoming President he has added 'real politicians' to his regime, so that things could get done. But when the promises failed and the corruption scandals grew, the people who believed are feeling duped, again. Lula is in the bunker and may go hard to the Chavez/Castro side for self-preservation. But, someday, Brazilians will finally wake up and get their sh*t together and elect people who have the sincere interest of the Counrty and it's poeple at heart.
