I agree with Rush that the port deal is not as big a deal as other issues where the WOT is concerned-not profiling in airports and other PC stuff. The people might be relieved if/when the port deal is turned down, but the people will skate right on by much more serious threats to our survival.

From what I understand, the management of a port doesn't have much to do with the security, also, Australia is already allowing them to manage a container port for them.


For people that fought the renewal of the Patriot Act, this sure seems weird for the Dems. Especially Dodd and Schumer.

I know there are consevatives concerned to, but....

The only Mantra from the left is "I OBJECT". It doesn't matter
what it is as long as it's taking issue with a conservative.

Still... the Halliburton scenario would be Halliburtonarious!
