But there is no deportation of native-born citizens of the United States of America.

No, we can't deport native born citizens. But we don't need to. We don't even need to outlaw Islam, because treason is still a crime. Why treason is committed is not important; it's still treason. Very long prison sentences are the punishment for treason. I say warm up the lawyers.

That being said, we should recognize that this is a religious war. A crazy death cult is out to get us. That doesn't mean we should outlaw the death cult, but we need to wipe out the adherents.

There is wisdom coming from both sides of this issue. As I've already said, we need resolve. Resolve to take out terrorist crazies, no matter how much they protest about religious suppression. And we need to recognize that a part of a religion has gone to war with us. Immigration and airport security should keep this in mind.

It is indeed a crime. If treason is being committed, then prosecutions should take place. I have not seen a single treason charge relating to Islam. Have you?

Holding beliefs and opinion can never be treason. Treason in the USA can only be charged against those who actively wage war against us, or give tangible aid and comfort to a declared enemy.
